Audition Policies
All Stage 62 productions hold open auditions. Anyone and everyone is encouraged to audition for shows at Stage 62. The age range accepted varies by show and is determined by the director and the production staff. You do not need to be a current Stage 62 member to audition, though you must become a member if cast.
No prior performance experience is necessary. All final casting decisions are made by the directorial staff of each show.

Stage 62 is a volunteer-based community theater. Performers in Stage 62 productions are expected to:
- contribute financially by selling ads or soliciting donations;
- contribute to the technical production of the show, including but not limited to set construction, props, costumes, recruitment of front-of-house works, publicity, etc; and
- work the set strike of the show from beginning to end.
